Privacy policy

Stateless architecture — no patient data retained

PSYNUM operates in fully stateless mode. No patient data — verbatim, clinical note or report — is recorded or stored on the servers. Texts submitted to the tools are processed in volatile memory and automatically destroyed at the end of every session. No patient data is used to retrain the models.

This information is neither resold nor transmitted to third parties, and is kept only for the time necessary to examine and follow up on the request.

Cookies & technical measures

The site does not use any advertising cookies or third-party trackers for profiling purposes. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the platform may be set.
